Project development
The projects undertaken by W&E Strategy are usually time-limited, but highly complex and interdisciplinary projects that are only performed once in this form due to specific customer requirements.
Employees are organised into an interdisciplinary project team in order to work on these projects, and each team is always headed by an experienced member who acts as project manager.
Project management
Project development is followed by project implementation provided the investment decision is positive. Project management covers the entire scope of the project, from basic evaluation to tendering and awarding, right through to construction management and documentation.
